In each session, a coach will teach, demonstrate, and encourage you through exercises designed to build and tone muscle. If your looking for rope climbs, gymnastics, Olympic lifts and crazy cardio sessions... this class is not for you!
Kids Fit
Learn to embrace healthy movement within a high-energy and fun atmosphere. We use games and movements to introduce gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, cardiovascular work, coordination and healthy movement patterns. Kid's will develop physical literacy and body awareness that can translate into improved sports performance and fewer injuries as they grow.
HIIT Boxing
Boxing inspired fitness that combines boxing movements and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to make burning calories both fun and engaging. Zero experience necessary!
