Not at all. Most of our members started exactly where you are. Every workout is "universally scaled" — there's a version designed for every fitness level. Beginners, seniors, former athletes — we coach them all side by side.

Most members notice a real difference in energy and fitness within the first 30 days. Consistency is the key — we recommend 3 classes per week to start, then building from there.

Each class is 60 minutes and fully coach-led. You'll start with a warmup tailored to the day's movements, the coach briefs the workout and proper form, you train hard, and we cool down together.

Our Mobility class combines guided breathing, mobility flows, stretching, stability work, and movement-specific drills. It's designed to improve performance in strength training and CrossFit, reduce stiffness, speed up recovery, and keep you pain-free for years of training. All levels welcome.
